  •       Data sources. Document creation platforms rely on many possible data sources, including specific archives, user supplied information, and the general web. More data sources and more relevant data sources were weighed more heavily.
  •       Collaboration tools. The ideal document automation software platform has a host of collaboration tools, making it easier for users to share information with each other, oversee the document creation process, and engage with finished documents.
